By accessing or using any part of our Services, including submitting a quote or inspection request form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted or referenced in connection with the Services are hereby expressly incorporated by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you of any changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to review these Legal Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. By continuing to use the Services after the updated Legal Terms are posted, you will be deemed to have accepted those changes.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Your Submissions

Submissions:

If you send us any idea, suggestion, feedback, comment, or content of any kind (“Submissions”), you agree to assign to CCX Roofing LLC all rights, including intellectual property rights, in such Submissions. We may use, display, distribute, or modify them for any lawful commercial or non-commercial purpose without compensation or acknowledgment to you.

Your Responsibility:

By sending us any Submission, you confirm that:

  • You have read and agree with our “Prohibited Activities” section;

     

  • Your Submission does not include any content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, false, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate;

     

  • You waive any and all moral rights to the Submission, to the extent allowed by law;

     

  • You either own or have the legal right to share such Submission, and you are authorized to grant us the rights described above;

     

  • The Submission does not contain any confidential information.

     

You are solely responsible for the content you send or upload, and you expressly agree to indemnify and hold us harmless for any loss, damage, liability, or legal costs we incur as a result of your Submission violating our terms, third-party rights, or applicable laws.

 

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Legal Terms; (2) You are not under the age of 13; (3) You are not a minor in your jurisdiction of residence, or if a minor, you have obtained parental or guardian permission to use the Services; (4) You will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, such as bots, scripts, or other tools; (5) You will not use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose; and (6) Your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you provide information that is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services and to refuse any and all current or future use of the Services (or any portion thereof).

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not use the Services for any purpose other than those explicitly authorized by CCX Roofing LLC. Commercial use or exploitation of the Services outside of what is expressly approved by us is strictly prohibited.

  • Use the Services in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.

     

  • Engage in unauthorized framing or linking to the Services.

     

  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful materials, including spamming or excessive use of capital letters.

     

  • Use any automated system (e.g., bots, scripts, data mining tools) to access or interact with the Services.

     

  • Delete or alter any copyright or proprietary rights notices.

     

  • Impersonate another user or person, or use another’s username without authorization.

     

  • Upload or transmit any passive or active tracking mechanisms, including but not limited to web bugs, cookies, or spyware.

     

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services, networks, or servers connected to the Services.

     

  • Harass, intimidate, or threaten our staff or agents.

     

  • Bypass any technical measures used to restrict access to the Services.

     

  • Copy, adapt, or reverse engineer any software related to the Services.

     

  • Use the Services to make unauthorized purchases or collect user data for marketing purposes.

     

  • Use the Services in a way that competes with CCX Roofing LLC or for any revenue-generating or commercial endeavor not expressly permitted by us.

     

Any violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access to the Services and may also expose you to civil and/or criminal liability.

5. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

At this time, the Services do not offer users the ability to publicly submit or post content. However, we may provide opportunities for you to create, submit, transmit, or otherwise share content and materials with us directly or through the Services — including, but not limited to, text, comments, images, audio, video, graphics, feedback, suggestions, or personal data (collectively, “Contributions”). These Contributions may be visible to our team, and potentially to other users or third-party platforms depending on the context of submission. As such, any Contributions you transmit may be processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

By submitting any Contributions, you represent and warrant that:

  • Your Contributions do not infringe upon any third party’s intellectual property or proprietary rights, including copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or moral rights.

  • You have obtained the written consent or release of any identifiable individuals featured in your Contributions to allow for lawful use.

     

  • Your Contributions are accurate, not misleading, and do not contain false information.

     

  • Your Contributions do not constitute spam, unauthorized promotions, pyramid schemes, or other forms of unsolicited communication.

     

  • Your Contributions are not offensive, unlawful, violent, obscene, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable (as determined solely by us).

     

  • Your Contributions do not ridicule, threaten, or abuse others, and do not promote violence or hatred against individuals or groups.

     

  • Your Contributions comply with all applicable laws, including those related to data privacy, publicity, and the protection of minors.

     

  • Your Contributions do not contain content that is discriminatory or offensive based on race, gender, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation.

     

  • Your Contributions do not link to or promote content that violates these Legal Terms or any applicable laws.

     

Any use of the Services in violation of the above standards may result in immediate suspension or termination of your right to access or use the Services.

6. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

You acknowledge and agree that CCX Roofing LLC may access, process, store, and use any Contributions or personal information you provide, in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] and your selected preferences or settings.

By submitting feedback, suggestions, or other input related to the Services, you grant us the right to use and share such feedback for any business purpose, without any obligation to compensate you.

However, you are solely responsible for them, and by submitting them, you agree to release and hold harmless CCX Roofing LLC from any claims, liabilities, or damages related to your Contributions.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:

  • Monitor the Services for any violations of these Legal Terms.

     

  • Take legal or administrative action — including reporting to law enforcement — against users who violate the law or these Legal Terms.

     

  • Restrict access to, limit availability of, or disable any Contributions we determine to be inappropriate or in violation of these terms.

     

  • Remove content that is deemed excessive in size or burdensome to our systems.

     

  • Manage the Services in a way that supports proper functionality, protects our rights, and safeguards other users.

     

8. PRIVACY POLICY

Please note that our Services are operated and hosted in the United States. We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from children under the age of 13. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to deny access to and use of the Services (including blocking specific IP addresses), to any person for any reason — including, but not limited to, a violation of these Legal Terms or applicable laws and regulations.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, or remove any content or data you’ve provided, at any time and without prior notice.

If your access is terminated or suspended, you are prohibited from creating a new account or accessing the Services under any name — your own, a pseudonym, or on behalf of someone else. We also reserve the right to pursue any legal remedies available, including civil or criminal action, as appropriate.

10. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove parts of the Services at any time and for any reason, without notice. While we aim to keep the Services current, we are not obligated to update content on any regular basis.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services. Technical issues, system maintenance, or other factors may result in temporary downtime. You agree that CCX Roofing LLC is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Services during these periods.

Nothing in these Legal Terms obligates us to maintain, update, or continue supporting any specific part of the Services.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All disputes arising from these Legal Terms or the Services shall be governed under Idaho state law.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

You agree to irrevocably submit any dispute arising from these Legal Terms, or your relationship with CCX Roofing LLC, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho.

We also reserve the right to bring legal action in the jurisdiction where you reside or, if the Legal Terms are entered into in the course of your profession or business, in the state where your principal place of business is located.

13. CORRECTIONS

The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions — including, but not limited to, descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to update or revise the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.

14. DISCLAIMER

The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. You agree that your use of the Services is solely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCX Roofing LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Services and your use thereof, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Services or on any websites linked to the Services. We assume no liability for any of the following:

  1. Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content and materials;

     

  2. Personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to or use of the Services;

     

  3. Unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal or financial information stored therein;

     

  4. Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services;

     

  5. Bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or similar issues transmitted by any third party through the Services;

     

  6. Any loss or damage incurred as a result of content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Services.

     

We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party product or service advertised through the Services or linked via banners or other advertising. You should exercise your own judgment and caution when purchasing any product or service in any environment.

15. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

In no event shall CCX Roofing LLC, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

16. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CCX Roofing LLC, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any claim, loss, liability, or demand (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  3. Any violation of your representations or warranties;

     

  4. Your infringement of any third party’s rights (including intellectual property);

     

  5. Any harmful conduct toward another user you engaged with through the Services.

     

We reserve the right to assume control of any claim subject to indemnification at your expense and you agree to cooperate in our defense of such claims.

We maintain certain data you provide for managing the Services. While we perform routine backups, you are solely responsible for any data you submit or generate through your use of the Services. We shall not be liable for any data loss or corruption, and you waive any claims arising from such events.

  1. MISCELLANEOUS

These Legal Terms, together with any posted policies or rules, constitute the full agreement between you and CCX Roofing LLC. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. These terms apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may assign our rights and obligations at any time. We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by factors beyond our control. If any part of these terms is held invalid, the rest remains enforceable.

No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created by your use of the Services. These terms shall not be construed against us due to their electronic format or our role in drafting them.
